QWYC is a youth-led drop in centre for youth between the ages of 10 and 18. Our Mission is to be a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space dedicated to empowering the youth of Quinte West while providing opportunities for growth within each youth through need-based programming. We provided a variety of programming to all youth, such as: YouthLYNK, YEP, SPECTRUM, What's Cooking, Sports and Recreation, Homework Help and Mental Wellness. Each program/activity offered provides supports around the needs of our youth members, such as food insecurity, homelessness, mental wellness, physical activities, life skills, social skills and more.
