We are an inter-professional, team-based primary care clinic that provides registered patients with access to a number of health services. Our team is comprised of: Chief Nurse Practitioner/Clinic Director, Registered Nurses, Pharmacist, Nurse Practitioners, Social Worker, Administrative Lead, Dietitian, Finance and Office Assistant, and Chiropractor. We also have two collaborating physicians who support the provision of medical services that may be beyond the nurse practitioners scope of practice.
