Through the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP), community organizations host free tax clinics where volunteers file tax returns for eligible individuals who have a low to modest income and a simple tax situation. With the CVITP, you’ll be helping thousands of people access their benefits and credits. The CRA will provide volunteers with guidance, training, tax software, and promotional products.
