| Description | The Board of Directors meets on a monthly basis. We are seeking new Board members with the ability to work cooperatively to enhance the mission, mandate and goals of the CDC. As a member, it would be expected that you would: 1. Regularly attend board meetings and important related meetings 2. Make a serious commitment to participate actively in committee work 3. Volunteer for and willingly accept assignments and complete them thoroughly and on time, and 4. Stay informed about committee matters and attend meetings well prepared. |
