Extremely important and rewarding position! This busy and engaging volunteer position directs patients and provides information to patients and their loved ones about the day surgery area on Level 1 at QHC Belleville General. This position requires the willingness to learn the procedures about the day surgery admission and discharge processes. The volunteer also directs people to use the kiosks for registration. Suitable for an adult with a great deal of patience and exceptional communication skills. |
