| Description | Being a FOSTER parent for an animal in need, not only helps the animal, but can benefit your life as well! Some animals may need a quiet home environment to recover from mental trauma, or injuries. Serious cases we require experienced foster families who have been in our program for a long period of time. At Humane Society Hastings Prince Edward we provide care to all of our animals, but there are times when one-on-one care, in a home setting is more beneficial. If you would like to explore becoming a Foster Care Volunteer, please contact the shelter for details and an application form. |
