| Description |
Primary responsibilities include checking with lead cook re menu, setting up the serving station with everything necessary, serving lunch to the guests in a respectful manner. Aprons, hair nets, and gloves are provided. After lunch has been served, label and store all leftover food. Record number of sandwiches left, number of lunches served without sandwiches (if any), and total number of lunches served. |
