| Description | Delivering Hot and Frozen Meals to clients in the Trenton Frankford and Batawa area. Committment will vary based on volunteers availability. Average delivery time for meals is approximately 1.5-2 hrs per meal delivery. Meals are delivered Monday through Friday. Volunteers receive monthly reimbursement for kilometers driven. |

| Training Details | Volunteers will shadow with a current volunteer to understand fully the role as a volunteer for this program. As well receive training from Meals On Wheels coordinator and volunteer coordinator. |
