Description | The Canadian Ski Patrol System provides patrol, safety and first-aid services in ski areas and at non-skiing events across Canada. Volunteers receive training, discounts on ski equipment and more. Areas Served Frontenac County, Quinte West. and Barry's Bay. Ski patrolling is done at Batawa Ski Hill and Madawaska Valley (Radcliffe Hills) for Alpine Skiing & Snowboarding and at Little Cataraqui Conservation Area in Kingston for Cross-Country Ski. Volunteers should be 16+ and be able to ski alpine, and or cross-country, and or snowboard. Interested skiers/snowboarders must complete the CSPS Training Course and participate in week-end/evening patrolling. |
