| Description | Assist members of the community with the latest form of physical activity. All new volunteers will be trained by Gateway CHC staff on the techniques of Pole Walking. Help distribute the poles, take attendance and help new members learn the skills of Pole Walking. Accompany participants as they walk along the trails/streets of Tweed on Tuesday and Thursday mornings...a great way to meet people in the community and get some exercise. Please note...dates and times are subject to change. |
