Description
|
We require volunteers to man a rest stop along the route at: 1874 Prince Edward county Rd 14,
Ameliasburgh, ON K0K 1A0 on Sunday July 5th.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- set up tables, chairs, banners and garbage containers at the rest stop
- cut up fruit, mix Gatorade, set out water and other snacks
- greet and encourage MS cyclists and answer any necessary questions
- maintain washrooms and ensure they are clean and well stocked
- ensure a high level of customer services in dealing with cyclists. volunteers, staff and sponsors
- this position require you to be on your feet for an extended period of time
- Please bring your own lawn chair
- this event takes place rain or shine so please bring the appropriate clothing and sunscreen
