KITCHEN PREP TEAM – DAILY LUNCHES Complete screening and sign in procedure Wash hands; put on a hair net/hat Put on an apron. With direction from the Cook-of-the-Day, prepare / organize sandwich filling, if necessary. Assemble sandwiches. Sandwiches must be ready by 11:00. Do NOT use end pieces of bread. Cut sandwich in half. Place sandwich in sandwich bag, folding edges under for a good seal. Placed wrapped sandwiches in bus pans and then in fridge. On Saturdays help with processing donations of bread and desserts. Wash dishes and clean kitchen. |
