Morning shift • Prep workstation • Gather ingredients utilizing first in, first out (FIFO). • Prepare planned meal • Prepare other food (e.g., baking) • Clean workspace and cookware • Complete dishwashing • Clean and sanitize kitchen Evening Shift With the evening’s staff lead, and one volunteer: • Make guests welcome • Serve tea, coffee, and other beverages • Serve meal and other food • Socialize with/chat to guests • Tidy and clear away all dishes • Complete dishwashing • Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining hall |
