| Description |
On the cusp of a new strategic plan, with a new Executive Director it's an exciting time around the youth centre! We are excited to invest more deeply into community partnerships, recruit volunteers for our operations and reach more youth in the Quinte West area. As a new ED, I'm seeking help with the recruitment, screening, onboarding, and oversight of volunteers. I would love to see a vibrant volunteer culture - where our volunteers feel like a community - respected, valued, and instrumental to what we do. A group of dedicated and inspired people deeply invested in youth mentorship! Non profits survive (and hopefully thrive) from the small acts of many, and I am excited to build that here. Therefore, I need help. I am looking for someone to assist me with volunteer management. A people person, who loves creating welcoming spaces, is detail oriented, thoughtful, and wise.
