Impact Statement The Volunteer Event Planner role will assist in the organization and execution of an upcoming fundraising event. This position supports event logistics, coordination, and planning to ensure a successful and engaging experience for attendees, participants, and stakeholders. Volunteers are expected to collaborate with team members and represent the organization in a manner consistent with its mission and values.
Description Assist with planning and organizing event details, including timelines and task coordination

Support outreach efforts to secure models, sponsors, and community partners

Help coordinate event logistics

Assist with organizing clothing, accessories, and outfits for the fashion show

Provide on-site support during the event, including setup, coordination, and teardown

Help manage event materials such as programs, tickets, and promotional items

Comply with all organizational policies and procedures

Perform other duties as required
