| Description |
Work with the Board of Directors to identify projects, research and apply for potential grants Ensure all reporting requirements are met for successful grants by working with appropriate Board members. Keep records of all fundraising and grant activities and ensure they are filed appropriately with the Secretary of the Board; Work with the Director of Marketing and Communications to ensure thank-you letters are submitted to granting organizations and that major donors are recognized on the website. |
| Training Details | Abbeyfield PEC has membership in Abbeyfield Canada which provides policies, operational guidelines, mentorship, online training, and regular provincial and Canada-wide meetings. |
| Working Conditions |
• Attend online Board meeting on the 3rd Thursday of every month from 7:00 -8:30 p.m. • Approximate time commitment is 10 hours/month inclusive of Board meeting • Minimum of 1 years commitment with option of 1 additional year |
