| Description | Would you like to volunteer and have the opportunity to meet new people in your community or possibly work along side a friend? Do you have a few hours to spare? We are looking for those interested in volunteering at our Thrift Shop. The shifts are 3 hours long and you can choose to work as often as your schedule would allow. We have openings for cash desk, customer service, sorting and pricing as well as small repair work volunteers. We also have openings for volunteers that would be willing to pick up donated items. High School students welcome! |
| Training Details | Full orientation with staff; ongoing mentoring by long-time volunteers; information and support by staff and other volunteers. |
| Working Conditions | Retail operation on Main Street of Picton. |
